Practice Squad rule change for 2024-25 season

Since the draft already happened, we wouldn't change the rules on drafted players being eligible/ineligible for Practice Squads until next off-season. So for now we can vote on if we want UDFAs to be eligible/ineligible for Practice Squads and can iron out the drafted rookies next off-season. 

So please vote to let me know your opinion on UDFAs for this upcoming 2024-25 season!!
